    Indeed, a crazy idea! Waste of money. Should use the money for other more charitable or useful purposes. Sigh!

      Exactly, what are they trying to accomplish? Wasting money and resources, damage to enviroment. I for sure dont want to work in such building. Airplane has to be extra careful when crossing this area.
