Steamed Drunken prawn at Borneo Seafood, Premier 101.
This is one of my favourite steamed prawn (udang galah). It costs about Rm75 per kg.
I don't really like this food centre, however I think they serve the best steamed drunken prawn in town.
There used to have great char kuey teow here, and also tokayaki too. Now there are no where to be found. Sigh..
Most of the other food stalls here are operated by tenant from China. So you can find lamb satay China style here. Other than that, I saw most of food are coming straight out of a frozen package (which really turns me off).
I guess if you are looking for an authentic Kuching food, this is not the place.
Ive been hunting for udang galah! huaaaa... but after reading your review, ada sikit tukar fikiran want to go here...

Initially, the solar sheets didn't work as it should. It is the truth that there are definite differences between the two installing the two systems.
