Welcoming dinner for the new Chairman

We had a company dinner last Wednesday to welcome our new Chairman.

Dinner was at Imperial Hotel. The New-norm dinner were mostly western style, no sharing allowed.  All served individually.  My choice of main course was lamb racks.

Love the presentation of the food.  I didn’t take photo of the appetiser,  was too hungry 😋 

Dessert was too sweet.  I would prefer a tongshui, but then again, this is a western meal.  Ohh well.
