Day 14 Movement Restriction Order

My mood is back to normal today.

For breakfast, we had tuna mayonnaise from the can.

For lunch and dinner, we had petola, I cut it half for lunch, another half for dinner.  So long did eat any petola, taste so good but my children don’t like it.  Just like me when I was young.  My mum used to plant petola around the house, and I used to hate it too.

For lunch, petola with egg, and pork ribs soup.

For dinner, petola with egg again, homemade pork meatball soup.

Fruit, we had apple and jambu air.

Ohhh my purchase from Shopee arrived today.  I made this order on 19 March 2020.  My main reason is to order this alcohol based hand sanitiser, since I don’t have any alcohol based one.  Together with it, I just put in maggi and Milo Energy Cube in cart to entitle for free delivery.  End up I still need to pay around RM2 delivery fee.
Leave outside for a few hours.

This is my main objective.

The side one cost more than the main objective.  Milo Energy Cube? Interesting!

It’s the 1st I saw this Milo energy cube.  Haven’t try it yet. Keep it aside for the time being.

Day 13 Movement Restriction Order

Today I felt a bit gloomy.  Maybe it’s the Monday Blues.

Didn’t even take the photo of our breakfast the day.

For lunch, thinking of having something a bit special, spaghetti maybe. I message Bella Italia, but no reply from them.  Going through the list on GrabFood.  We decided to order from Black Jam Cafe.  We been there only once.  So this time we ordered Seafood Marina Spaghetti, Pull Pork Burger, and Pork Burgers.

Thank God, after a good meal, my mood level is back to normal.

For dinner I cooked a little bit of this and that, want to clear my freezer, to make way for new stocks.

Fried pork, dabai, keropok lekor, french fries, chicken curry, and soup veggies with egg.

We had plenty of fruits today too.

And I took soluble vit-c too, maybe all those vit-c did help bring up my mood.

Day 12 Movement Restriction Order

Sunday is here again.

Today, our order from Degrocery finally here, but one thing is missing from the list, they forgot the butter.  I have messaged them, and they replied that their customer service will contact me.  Ok, we just wait until tomorrow.

For our meals, breakfast we had fried meehoon with cangkuk manis.  Cangkuk manis from our own garden. For lunch and dinner we have terung asam.  Pork with terung asam soup for lunch and chicken with terung asam soup for dinner, I throw in carrot in the chicken soup too for the kids.  I also make terung asam sambal.

Afternoon we went out doing some grass cutting at the backyard. It’s good to sweat out a bit.

In my garden | Pineapple #5 and #6

Lama dah tak update khabar buah nanas di belakang rumah.

Ada 2 pokok nanas yang tengah berbuah sekarang.

Nanas #5

Nanas #6

Bagus jugak nanas, tak payah dijaga pun, pandai mereka jaga diri sendiri 😆

Day 11 Movement Restriction Order

Our Saturday starts with an early morning special Mass by our Pope online live at 1am.  It was an emotional mass for me.

This morning, I had another round of meeting with the team.

Our meals for today:
Breakfast: Laksa, and kolo mee, delivery.
Lunch: Fried noodle.
Dinner: Ayam masak sos.

Fruit: papaya.

At afternoon and night we continue watching Kingdom, session 2.

Day 10 Movement Restriction Order

Another day full meetings.

The weather is bright and sunny today. Managed to slot in some time to wash our bedsheet and sun dry it.

For meals, we had..

Toast and eggs for breakfast.

McD Fillet-o-fish for lunch.
Salmon and tapioca leave for dinner.

We have plenty of fruits today.

At night me and hubby watch Kingdon-kdrama.  The teaser keep on showing up on my timeline for the pass few months.  But I am too scared to watch it alone.  Hubby is not a fan of kdrama, but he is a fan of zombie drama.  And he agree.  It is one great Korean drama.

In between watching the drama, I steal some time to bake a cake.  Instant cake only, bought this packet few months ago, only need to add water, oil and 3 eggs.

And coz I am too lazy, I baked it in the rice cooker, just use the cake mode.

Looking good, but okc but the texture not fluffy enough.

Day 9 Movement Restriction Order

It’s raining the whole day and I got lots of meeting today.

Don’t feel like ordering any food today, since it’s raining, kesian abang Panda, basah nanti.

For breakfast, we had toast, eggs, and sausage.

For lunch, we had fried chicken and manicai.

For dinner, we had porridge, half boiled egg, and sausages for the kids.

Ohh today I put up some orders to Degrocery, but this one charge a bit high for delivery fee, RM14.99.  We need to get food for our cats, so just put in the order plus other groceries as well. Yesterday when I was at the supermarket, I wasn’t sure where is the cat food area, normally hubby did the cat food shopping, and I didn’t want to search around, gelik tauk mok jalan-jalan.  So yeah, demi kucing kesayangan, order online je lah.  We have’t received our orders yet, let see how long this one will take.

Day 8 Movement Restriction Order

When I woke up today, I felt a sudden surge of panic.  In my mind, I need to buy more stock.  Then I remember today is payday.  I need to get my stock fast, before others got to the ATM machine.

So there I was, waiting in my car for the supermarket to open.  This is the 1st I went to a supermarket ever since this movement control order.

Of coz I felt nervous, I told myself if there’s too many people, I will just go back.  I wait until the line is gone, then only I got out of my car.  I am customer no 26.  Wearing mask is a must, and my temperature were checked.  Then only I am allowed in.

I quickly grab things that I need, chicken is a must, milk powder and eggs. Along the way I just grab some extra things to fill up my basket.  In less than 30 minutes, I am done.  Get back home, and took a shower again.

At around 1pm, Malaysian received the news of the extended MCO until 14 April.  No wonder I felt panic this morning.

For our meals:

Breakfast: we ordered mee kolok, laksa, and meehun goreng.

Lunch: mee goreng
Dinner: we had nasi ayam and sup sayur.

And I had Star fruit again today.

At night, we continue watching A Letter For The King.

Having my eye mask while enjoying the drama.

Day 7 Movement Restriction Order

Day 7, feeling a bit sleepy while doing some work this morning.

Make a booster drink, mocha ice blended, so good, and my stock is running low. sob sob.
For meals, today we had buns, eggs, and Jacobs for breakfast.

Kenny Rogers Roaster for lunch, by Grab.

Homecooked, veggie soup and fried luncheon meat for dinner.

And star fruit for my dose of vit-c, taste so good, been a few years since I last bought any star fruits. Use to have a big tree with plenty of fruits at my parent’s house when I was a kid.

And we finally got the groceries that we ordered from H&L Express 6 days ago. Almost half of the items that we wanted were already sold out.  Good thing we got the refund. And now they have stopped taking online purchases. How la now, I don’t want to go out also cannot la like this. Sob sob.

Late afternoon, I planted more cangkuk manis in my backyard.  I had a few planted years ago, but some are dying, so need to plant more.

At night, we watch A Letter To The Kings Ep1 on Netflix.

That's the end of Day 7. Together we can fight this.

Day 6 Movement Restriction Order

Day 6, and I am getting slower in my daily updates.

So today I starts working from my outdoor workspace.  Working while enjoying the green and listening to the sound of our small fountain is not bad at all.  And I even manage to slot in a short stretching session.

As for our meal.

Lunch: KFC delivered by FoodPanda

Dinner: Homemade meatball soup and prawn with chives. Chives is from my own backyard.
