Burger babi bakar, Stampin

My 1st time having these famous burger.

We bought 1 pork cheese ham; and 1 pork cheese belly.

I really love the pork belly.

One thing that I don't like is the cabbage salad.  I would prefer it if they just use fresh slides of cucumber and tomatoes instead.

Total cost RM14.50

Next time I'll request without onion.

Kim Bay Restaurant

Mushroom chicken & salted fish steam rice - Rm9.50

Har kao - Rm4.80

Chicken Chop Burger - Rm6.50

Belum lagi GST mula, harga makanan di Kim Bay dah naik lagi.

Plus, the Har Kao doesn't taste that nice anymore, the skin is thicker than it used to be. Sigh...

Winter solstice

Today is Chinese Winter festival. Thou I did not celebrate it, but I always like to have some Tong Yuan during the season.

These, I got from my lovely neighbour.

Nice not too sweet.

These, I bought from the morning market.

The aunty told me that she didn't use any artificial coloring in making these, she used different color of sweet potatoes instead.  Nyum.  Cost RM3.50.

When we were still kid, my mum used to make these too, but now no more, maybe because of her strict sugar diet.

Dah beli alat sukan untuk tax rebate tahun ni? Beli tau, rugi tak claim, macam saya ni asyik hilang resit je.  Tapi apakah yang layak di-claim sebenar nya?

Apakah yang dimaksudkan dengan Peralatan Sukan? 

Alat - alat yang mempunyai jangka hayat yang singkat seperti bola golf dan bulu tangkis tetapi tidak termasuk pakaian sukan, contoh: pakaian renang dan kasut sukan.  Bagi sukan Fitness – apa - apa peralatan sukan berkaitan dengan aktiviti sukan tersebut adalah layak mendapat potongan di bawah perenggan 46(1)( l) ACP 1967.  Peralatan senaman seperti treadmill, exercise bike dan airwalker adalah dibenarkan. 

Bagi sukan Recreational – Diving diklasifikasikan sebagai sukan rekreasi, maka peralatan sukan berkaitan aktiviti tersebut layak mendapat potongan kecuali attire dan kasut.

Borneo Highlands - Kalimantan Lookout Point

Road to Borneo Highlands

I always wanted to visit Borneo Highlands, but I don't like to think about the narrow and winding road up there.

Few weeks ago the opportunity arise again, this time I just grasp it.

Let's see some of the photos that I managed to capture while on the way up the hill.

This is the official transport to Borneo Highlands, you can drive your own car too, but it is highly recommended to use the official transport.  For me I just let the pro do the job.

Let's start our journey.

It takes about 20-30 minutes drive up the hills.

Love the huge trees along the way.

 

 When you see this rows of pine tree, you know you have reach the destination.
