Li Hua Hotel, Mukah

My 4D3N stay at Li Hua Hotel, Mukah, in room 514 on the 5th floor. The room was new and clean, which was nice.

The room itself was spacious, however, the all-white lighting gave it a different feel compared to the warm ambiance that yellow hotel lights usually provide. Some of the lights in the room were not working, which I am ok with, I don't like bright lights anyway.

Another downside was the absence of a fridge, and the room's lack of soundproofing. I could clearly hear my neighbors' footsteps and even their coughing. I was also awakened early in the morning by the sound of their alarm clock.

Breakfast was quite basic, with a limited selection that included hard-boiled eggs, fried noodles, potato curry, nasi lemak, bread, porridge, and baked beans. While the options were simple, it was enough to start the day.

Tanahmas Hotel, Sibu

I have just came back from a 2D1N official trip to Sibu this morning.  I stayed at Tanahmas Hotel.

Here's my room on the 11th floor.
Yesterday evening, we had ramadan buffet at the same hotel with our business partners.

The food..

What's on my plate..

Thanks ATR 72 for the ride.

Instant Kampua Mee

1st time I saw this Instant Kampua Mee.
Only can be found in Sibu, Sarawak.
You just need to add in the Char Siew to make it more umph!

Ok, below is the Kampua Mee that I normally take for my morning breakfast nearby my office area.

This might not be the best kampua in Kuching, but it does give me the energy that I need throughout the morning in the office.

This plate of Kampua cost RM3 only :)

RH Hotel, Sibu

Cantik, baru, lobi yang luas, tilam and bantal yang cukup selesa, free wifi.
Breakfast pun boleh tahan.
Paling best ada connecting overhead bridge to Parkson, Sanyan,
yang payah lintas jalan, tak takut kena hujan.

Chocolate Fruit

Inilah chocolate fruit

Macam tak percaya jer bila nampak buah ni,

Selain pokok chocolate, pokok avocado pun ada ditanam ni di sini;
dan macam-macam buah tempatan yang lain juga ada.

Kepada yang berminat boleh lah menghubungi:
Sarawak Tourism Board's visitors information centre in Sibu
Tel : 084-340980
untuk maklumat lanjut.

Black sapote's flesh is rich and custard-like, with sweet, nut-like mild flavor and when ripe fruit pulp is blended with milk cream or ice-cream, it tastes like mild chocolate - but without the caffeine or calories!
