RMCO Week 9 | Just walk

I started an exercise routine this week.  Just going for a short walk.  I consider it as my personal me-time while listening to music.  It is relaxing while helping me to rid of negative thinking and try to embrace positive mindsets.



An average of 1 mile a day.  Might be a laughable distance for some.  But it is an achievement for me. Whatever it is, we are all running our own race anyway, right?

Rice with salmon and avocado at Chef At Home.
