Ash Wednesday

Ash Wednesday is the first day of Lent and occurs 46 days before Easter.  Normally we will fast on meat on this special day.

We went for the 7.30pm Mass at BDC yesterday.
As usual during the Mass, ashes are imposed on our foreheads - this act is to remind us that - "Man is dust, and unto dust you shall return."

Emmett is super excited - it's his 1st Ash Wednesday Mass
