From Israel with love

My mother-in-law just came back from Israel.

And she bought these for us.

T-shirts for Eugene and Emmett, dried fig and dates (kurma), Rosaries and a Cross necklace for me!

I love them all.

I have to admit, Israel was never in my wishlist of country to visit.  But after looking at all the beautiful pictures that my MIL took, I now totally change my mind.

An Israel Cross is a bit difference from the one that we have here.  I don't exactly know why.  Guess I will have to go there to find out some day..

Same with me. Israel is never in my travel list. But I guess if you know someone there, it would be great and safer to travel around.

Ms Tikot: exactly what come to my mind, tp ikut kata my MIL selamat, tempat kacak2. The Muslim & Christian live in harmony, even ada Muslim yang kerja di Church. That's why mun dpt 1 day mok pergi sia utk melihat sendiri. Lupak nak copy gambar nya hari ya, mun sempat kelak la upload sikit2.

So nice of your MIL. I thought we are not allowed to travel to Israel. If I have the chance I would live to go there.

Mummy Gwen: Haha, just that our passport is not valid there, you will have to go to Jordan, from there get a visit pass to Israel.

Rose: can follow church group, do pilgrimage there, that will be more meaningful.

Coffee Girl: btw Dayung, it's not the star of david, i think its called Jerusalem cross or Crusaders' cross.
