Hi Rose, yes I made that. It is so easy. Except I didnt include yellow mung beans, too lazy to do extra.

Most difficult part is to find the right mango.

Mango sticky rice is a delectable Thai dessert renowned for its harmonious blend of flavors and textures. This culinary masterpiece features glutinous rice, infused with creamy coconut milk and a hint of salt, creating a subtly sweet and savory base. The star of the dish, ripe mango slices, add a burst of tropical freshness, complementing the rice's richness perfectly. The dish is often garnished with sesame seeds or mung beans for added crunch and visual appeal. Its simplicity belies its complexity of taste, offering a delightful balance of sweetness, creaminess, and slight tanginess. Mango sticky rice is not only a treat for the taste buds but also a feast for the eyes, with its vibrant hues of golden mango against the creamy white rice. Whether enjoyed as a dessert or a snack, this Thai delicacy never fails to captivate and satisfy those who indulge in its irresistible allure.
